Music Day 2025 Spring

On Sabbath, March 20th, the Canadian Field Music Day was held at the Hamilton Church. Organized by the local youth under the guidance of the Canadian Field Music Department, the event was a blessing filled with a variety of songs and praises presented by many participants.

Several visitors were in attendance, and we pray that their hearts were touched through the music and that this event may serve as their first step toward discovering the truth.

Video recordings of the event are available on the official IMS Canada YouTube channel.

Canvassing Event at Hamilton

On a beautiful spring day, on Sunday, May 18, a number of us went on a missionary outreach to Bayfront Park in Hamilton, Ontario. Many people were at the park that day, enjoying the warmth and sunshine. Most of our group walked throughout the park, handing out literature. A table was set up at the entrance of the park with flyers, and Steps to Christ and Great Controversy books.  People walking by could hear the beautiful violin music played by Alexandria. We were all blessed by our experience. We pray that those who accepted our literature will be willing to seek for the truth found in their pages. –by Helen Marttinen

Youth Camping in BC

From May 16–18, youth from across the region gathered in Maple Ridge, BC for a memorable youth camp surrounded by God’s beautiful creation.

It was a blessed time of fellowship, spiritual growth, and renewal as we explored the theme “Onward, Christian Soldiers”, focusing on the armour of God and how to apply it in our daily lives.

We praise God for the encouraging messages, meaningful discussions, and strong bonds formed among young believers.

A more detailed report of the event will be shared in The Young Messenger, Vol. 3, No. 3. Stay tuned!

Nursing Home Visit in Toronto

On May 31st, a group of members from the Bloor and Woodbridge churches visited a local nursing home to share Christian music, the Word of God, and prayer with the elderly residents. We pray that everything shared that day was a source of encouragement and comfort for the residents, and that it brought honour and glory to God.
